- We start with the workflow, not the model. Pick the right glue first (automation platforms, scripts, agents), then layer LLMs where they earn their keep.
- We measure outcomes (time saved, error rate, response time), not "AI usage."
- You get a runbook for everything: what it does, what to do when it breaks.

- We bias toward managed services. You're hiring us to ship outcomes, not run hardware.
- Reports are documented, owned, and have a person responsible for them.

- Identity & comms Domain and email done right, a real business phone line, a password manager, and file storage your team can actually find.
- Web presence A site or landing page that converts, your Google Business Profile claimed and filled out, and your social handles secured.
- Money Payments, invoicing, and bookkeeping wired up so you get paid on day one and tax season is not a fire drill.
- Operations A CRM, scheduling, and e-signature so leads, calls, and contracts stop living in someone's inbox.
- Growth glue Lead capture and follow-up, automatic review requests, and the automation that ties it all together so nothing falls through.
How it works
A fixed two-to-three week setup, delivered with a runbook and a training session, not a pile of logins. After that we can stay on as your tech person, so you never have to hire IT.
Where we stop
We don't form your LLC, open your bank accounts, do your taxes, etc. That's your attorney and CPA, and we're happy to point you to good ones.
